Thomas A Choate Faculty Member

I am a social scientist with interests at the intersection of economics, political science, and the practice of business. I teach courses in Strategic Management & Public Policy at the George Washington School of Business. Previously, I completed a PhD at Stanford Graduate School of Business and a postdoc in political science at Duke University. Consistent with my cross-disciplinary research and teaching agenda, I have presented work at conferences including those hosted by the American Political Science Association, the Econometric Society, and the Virginia Tech Kellogg Center for Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. My scholarship has been published in the Journal of Theoretical Politics (twice) and in a Mercatus Center collected volume on the political economy of Nobel Memorial Prize winner James M. Buchanan.
