Associate Professor of Art and Design Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at the George Washington University, Washington, DC MFA in Printmaking, George Washington University, BA, Concentration: Studio Art and Politics, Mount Holyoke College Kerry McAleer-Keeler is Associate Professor of Art and Design in printmaking and book arts at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design, George Washington University, Washington, DC. She has taught at the Corcoran since 1998. Ms. McAleer-Keeler’s work has been selected for individual, group, and juried exhibitions throughout the U.S. and internationally and is represented in such publications as The Book as Art: Artists’ Books from the National Museum of Women In the Arts and 500 Handmade Books, Vol. 2 by Lark Books. Her book and print work is in such collections as the National Museum of Women In the Arts, Library of Congress, Rare Book and Special Collections Library, George Mason University, Fenwick Library, University of California, Berkeley, Environmental Design Library, Vanderbilt University, Jean and Alexander Heard Library, George Washington University, Gelman Library Special Collections and the Brady Gallery, Kennesaw University, Bernard A. Zuckerman Museum of Art, Southern Graphics Archives, Jaffe Center for Book Arts, Florida Atlantic University, Wimberly Library and the American Art and Portrait Gallery Library. She recently completed two art residencies in Tufo, Italy and Orquevaux, France in 2019. She is currently Executive Vice President of the College Book Art Association.
