I have taught federal income taxation, corporate taxation, and international taxation at GW for nearly 20 years. My research interests cover a range of domestic and international taxation topics. In particular, my work focuses on the impact of U.S. tax laws on matters of gender equality, economic inequality (domestic and cross-border), race-based and other types of discrimination against marginalized groups.
