erin speck is an Assistant Professor with the Interior Architecture program, Corcoran School of Arts and Design, George Washington University. She maintains the following credentials, LEED AP BD+C, NCIDQ, and WELL AP. erin is a contributing subject matter expert, “authoring group” member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Hospitality and Residential committees. She serves as a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Ambassador and is an active Board member on the Nuckolls Fund for Lighting Education. erin was recently recognized by Interior Design Educator Council (IDEC) for an assignment, The Environment Makes the Sound, which was included in their Innovative Teaching Ideas permanent collection, 2021.
