Ellen F. Goldman Faculty Member

Positions

Dr. Goldman is Professor of Human and Organizational Learning in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development (GSEHD) and Director of the Master Teacher Leadership Development Program GSEHD administers for the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Goldman teaches courses on leadership, adult learning, and organizational change at the master’s and doctoral levels, and supervises dissertation research. Her research focuses on leadership development and learning processes, particularly the development of strategic thinking ability. Dr. Goldman was awarded the Richard A. Swanson Research Excellence Award from the Academy of Human Resource Development and received the George Washington University Morton A. Bender Teaching Award.
