Between April 1 2021 - December 31 2021, I accomplished: Research: One book chapter accepted for publication in Summer 2022. "Authoritarian populism, body politics, and the assault on gender studies. Toward a new progressivism in education and society". Teaching: Graduate level course taught in Summer 2021 with very positive course evaluations from students. I provide quantitative and qualitative detail in section T2 of the annual report. Service: Continue to serve in role of GSEHD Academic Dean. MA Curriculum and Instruction in Elementary Education Program Director. Continued leadership and PI of new 5 year partnership with Ministry of Education in Azerbaijan. Approx. $7.0M contract over 5 years to deliver an MA program and undertake capacity-building support for our university partner, The Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.
